Prints will be delivered to the shipping address specified during checkout. Delivery will be via USPS first class mail. USPS delivery times usually vary between 2-5 days, but it could take up to 10 days to arrive (even 14 during holiday periods.)

For digital images, you can opt to have the digital image emailed to your email address (beware of the large file sizes), and/or a CD-ROM can be mailed to you with no extra shipping charges.

We guarantee the high quality of our prints and digital images. Should you order and receive prints and you are not satisfied with the quality, we can either issue a reprint or you can return the item for a full refund. Should you purchase a digital image and you are unhappy with the quality, we would be happy to work with you to resolve the problem. If the problem cannot be resolved we would issue a full refund.

Once purchased, these images (print or digital file) may be used on any personal or commercial web site, software application or in print (royalty-free). These images may not be modified and redistributed. A digital image may certainly not be resold in any way.
